How to take benefit of C form

I am trader from Chandigarh and i have not any VAT no in west bengal. I am purchasing goods from West Bengal Selling the material to my customer in pune ( don't have Vat no in west Bengal) and again he sell and deliver the material to his client in West Bengal . Help me how can we show it as CST purchase .Because the client will issue only C form .

You can not take benefit of C form, as in these transactions different states are involved.

If you have VAT no. in Chandigarh then your purchase from WB will be at "lower tax" rate.

Thanks for your reply but our quouted rated are inclusive CST  i.e 2% against C form . 

That is ok, but you can not take set off agaist CST, as there are two different states are involved.

You can purchase at lower rate (2%) from other states, if you have VAT CST TIN.

I wonder how your supplier is ready to sale you at 2% as you do not have VAT TIN!

 

 

I have CST and TIN no  but i dont have West bengal VAT NO 

f your additional place of business is in WB then only you can hold VAT CST TIN of WB.
