A GTA applied for cancellation of GST registration on 18/07/2018 but later on he decided to not to cancel the GST registration and to continue with GSTIN and was filing all the gst returns (GSTR 3B / GSTR 1)on timely basis. On 28/06/2020 It filed GSTR 3B of May 2020.
Now on 02/07/2020 GST Department cancelled gst registration on the basis of application filed on 18/07/2018.
Now how to revoke cancellation of gst registration as the revoke option is not available on the GST Portal

You can not file revocation Application, as GST number is cancelled by yourself only by Application for cancellation.
Revocation option is for that person whose Registration is cancelled by GST officer suo-moto. (without Application by Taxpayer)
