How to resubmit fresh itr instead of u/s 139 (1)

sir, self already submitted ITR for the assessment year 2017-18 and done successfully e-verified but now received intimation 143 1a from CPC Bangalore. as a result, self rectified  the intimaton 143 1a by paying Rs.63/-self assessment tax  through challan No.280. then, self resubmitted fresh ITR 1 but couldn't . a msg appear  that use other section instead of 139 1.

pls do needful for this.
