How to prepare for advanced management accounting?

dear friends, iam appearing in ca final second group in nov 13 and this is my 3rd attempt. Iam yet to clear both groups of final exam. One subject which scares me is advanced management accounting. Pls tell me how to prepare for this subject given the limited time, which is the good reference book. I will be on leave from oct 1st. Pls tell me the strategy to score 50 marks in this subject.
