In my case after i submitted the form 108 only then i got a notice that there is a delay of 8 days and liable for a payment of 500 but unfortunately they stopped accepting DD at that time and asked me to pay online. I am still not able to find any option to make payment of delay. The status shows that "Completion Requested".. But how do i make payment ?

You need to pay it offline through DD.
SSP doesn't allow to make re submission or payment from the portal.
Within how many days you got notice. I have sent the form through courier but till now no communication from institute...
