can any one tell me the how to determine the AO code of a company situated in delhi...while applying for PAN...

on which basis it is determined...if anyone could give me the table for such basis...thanks in advance...

and if stuff is not there online...i wanted to know the AO code for applicaiton of PAN for a company which starts with ABOUT...thanks in advance...
