How to joing the communities

On this site in the Communities section how to join the particular list of communities?

and after joining the same how do we get the confirmation that we are the member of that community and what are the advantages of it from being a member of a particular committee.

Communities section is make to provide plateform for a group discussion. You should be a member of any communitities to share any thing. It means you are able to share your thoughts/knowledge with restricted members

To join any communities go to Member Centre > Click on My communities and be part of any communities you like.
