Can anybody pls let me know the procedure to increase paid up share capital of a private ltd co.

It can be done by 3 ways as per the Companies Act 2013... 1. Rights issue u/s 62 and related rules 2. Preferential allotment u/s 62 read with relevant rules and sec 42. 3. Private Placement u/s 42 and relevant rules.... of the three methods rights issue with right of renunciation to members is the more simple one requiring less compliances.....
