how to incorporate a company

Dear Punit

To incorporate a pvt ltd company

1. Their must be a Two person as a Promoter

2. Their must be a Two person as a Director

    (Both may be same also) & Both Director have DIN and one must have Digi Sign or apply first

3. Appoint any professional CS / CA (CS Preferable)

4. Apply Form 1A (for getting desired name) choice 6 on priorty basis

5. After get approval prepare MOA and AOA

6. File Form 1, 18 & 32 and pay Stamp Duty and ROC Fee's

7. Get Approval (COI) and Start Business

Minimum Paid up share up capital is 1 lakh
