How to give jobs?

As professionals or professional bodies, we will be thinking more about campus selection rather than securing initial clients.

We will get help or references for securing job even from our professional bodies (campus selection) but we will not get any help for securing initial clients.

Why can't a company can choose a new qualified professional as an auditor/company secretary etc?

Why professional bodies will not conduct events which will encourage company stakeholders to select thier auditors from fresher professionals?

I am very sure that freshly qualified professional can easily handle audit/corporate affairs of SME companies. But it will not be possible for us to secure clients at initial stages.

There are many professionals who are securing clients but it is due to their hard work,continuous commitment & dedication.

So, finally we can create jobs after qualifying CA/CS/CWA. but it takes time. After of all, it is not easy or simple to start practice of our own.

Yes,thats the only way to reduce the unemployment by selecting on campus training or  jobs. If no so then its difficult to give jobs off campus.
