How to file GSTR-2

Officer has asked us to file GSTR-2 return for claiming Refund .
But how do I file the return?
I don't see any forms on the portal to file the same.

one way is to filr GSTR-2 is export it from tally in Jason format and upload directly to GST site.

You cannot file GSTR2, as not available on portal, morever its not started yet.

Its gstr2a which only for viewing, can tally your purchases .

GSTR 2 is deferred and not available on gst portal.

but today i tolk to officer and he say gstr -2 started.

GSTR-2 is deferred untill govt notifies it.. So u cant file it as of now, and only view 2A on portal
