As per Companies Act First auditor need required to be inform roc for their Apointment , therefore if comapny had not submitted Adt-1 , how can mentioned SRN of ADT-1 in AOC-4 , At the time of filling Error Show :SRN of ADT-1 " Required ?

How to file aoc-4 if srn of adt-1 is not available

Modified version of filing financial statement in form AOC-4 is available on MCA portal with effect from 1st Nov where entering SRN No of Form ADT-1 filed for intimation of appointment of auditor details has been dispensed with in the following cases
- Appointment of first auditor of a company by the board of director within 30 days of incorporation or in the case of failure of the Board to appoint such auditor, appointment of auditor made within ninety days at an extraordinary general meeting. (Sec 139(6) of Company Act 2013)

According To Section 139(6) - ADT-1 filing is not mandatory For New Incorporated Company (but can be done for safety With in 30days of incorporation if Board must Appoint Auditor). We Can Use SRN -Z999999999 For Annual Return File AOC-4.
