How to delink aadhar number linked to some other pan number

While checking AADHAR - PAN linking status it's showing that "your aadhar number linked to some other PAN number . Request AO to delink"...but The Aadhar number and PAN number mentioned( hidden) in the message are of the assessee's only . What is the remedy?

Delink procedure follows:

Step 1: Collect the processing details of the PAN card from the PAN service provider. Step 2: Request the identification of the initial and subsequent allottees of the PAN card. Step 3: Ascertain whether the delinking of PAN card and Aadhaar card is required based on a detailed report.
