How to delete a posting from Forum?

Recently, while posting a new thread message, I have clicked on the "submit" button 5 times as my computer seemed to have failed to transmit the message at one go/single click. After some time, I logged back in to find that the said message has appeared 5 times in the forum. How can I remove/ delete the unnecessary repeated postings? Please advise.

ther is no option to delete a posted forum message in caclubindia... the folks at caclubindia have not given this option rightly so that once a discussion has started a person cannot delete a message which has got many replies..

No i have seen once, original message was not there, replies were as it is

Hi CEO! Thank you very much for your quick reply. I could see the justification of the people at CAClub for not giving the option of deleting forum messages.

hi Rachana, it may be a computer error while uploading / posting the message. As per Aisha, CEO, the people at CAClub don't have the delete option for removing our own messages once posted. Thanks!

what's the green mark indicates?

hi Mega S, I don't know as to what the green symbol indicates. It has occurred automatically and seems to be a message icon.

Green mark indicates the person is online right now

and to delete posting from forum

click "modify" button on your right hand side, you will be able to delete the content of your message

Yes Rachana, I can modify the entire text of the message to blank, but I cannot delete the message entry on the left which includes 'author' or/and icon. please clarify.
