A partner is resigning from a partnership firm, what are the process have to followed .
In gst and income tax and how to change the name in gst portal.

HOW TO CHANGE PARTNER IN FIRM

1 Change the partnership deed,
2. Make amendment ib core field of GST registration, by amendment in partners details.
3. Similarly change the profile details in IT portal with authorized partners detail. if requird.
4. PAN TAN & GSTIN need not be changes.
