How to change opc membership

Hi Everybody.

I have recently incorporated one OPC in Jan 2015. The sole member now wants to remove his name and wants to add somebody else from the family as a sole member. 

My question is how do I change the ownership of OPC in ROC. Does the nominee becomes the member if sole member withdraw his name or We can add a new sole member without nominee intervention.

Please advise on the way out for this.
