You need to submit form gst reg 14 along with required documents. The said change will be made by the GST Officer and approved within 15 days. The officer may ask for few more documents that you need to provide within 7 days. If you do not get any further reply from the officer, assume the change has been made.
Yes, by ammending the gst registration as per the above reply can be followed.
