How to change my account from sub standard to standard?

Sir

I had a c/c account in hdfc bank against a manufacturing unit. But due to losses my unit was shut down and i could not replay my c/c amount. But with fair intentions i was paying interest for last 2 years but for 10000 rupees unpaid they classified my account into sub standard. Now the bank employees are making excuses by saying meetings are being held and issue would be resolved. But i can smell that something fishy is going on. Now its been 2.5 months that i have not paid any interest and they are also not responding properly. Please suggest me what should i do to change my account to standard.

By paying off all the previous dues, along with regular payment of monthly dues. It may take about 6 months or more.
