As per my opinion, You have to write an application to income tax department for surrender of PAN because of this reason nd attached the copy of dissolution of deed..
surrender your pan... fill form for change or correction in pan date, mention your pan in point no. 11 and submit it to tin fc... pan will be surrendered and cancelled.
