How to get new clients for Statutory Audit? and other such services like Taxation, TDS, Return filling for Individuals and corporates? a CA cant advertise about him or his firm. if he do so he will be guilty of professional misconduct as per icai act 1949

Who says C.A cannot advertise..????? The regulations says C.A cannot advertise that he needs work. If C.A's cannot advertise then how can many C.A's have website - its a way of advertisement only......

I FEEL NEW CLIENTS STEP IN TO OUR OFFICE DOORS PURELY BY MOUTH PUBLICITY... AND THE RELATIONS WE MAINTAIN WITH OUR EXISTING CLIENTS
As per guidelines 01/2008, CA can advertise through write up. So does it mean that CA can circulate write up in Newspaper, on road and stick it on wall or trees? Further, can CA circulate such write up through email to various companies?
