Hello Friends please tell me if any one wants to do a career as specialization in Direct Taxation/ Indirect Taxation, shall he join Big 4 or firm or industry. Which is the best way to grow in ur specialization area ?
It depends on combination of factors, i.e., kind of firm you will join, type of exposure you may get, kind of environment including people to whom you report and with whom you work, your analytical ability and most importantly your passion to pursue a particular area or field to specialize.
