How is percentage in B.com calculated?

overall average of 3 years in honours subject of each year

I have completed my grad frm veer narmad south guj univ. They have not taken the avg of 3 yrs but they have taken the weight as  1:1:7  from the 1st, 2nd N 3rd year respectively.

Please tell me whether i have to take the avg of 3 yrs or go with the university formulae of calculating percentage.

I have scord 67% IN FYBCOM, 63% IN SYBCOM , 54% IN TYBCOM.

m also confused abt ths.

cos some of my friends says that its made by third year's result only...

So what's the final answer? Is it the average of all years put together? 

It is the average of main subjects of all three years.

it varies from university to university...mayb u'll b clear if u ask ur teachrs....
