How can NRI's and Foreign Companies apply PAN Card in India. If the TDS is deducted by India Companies on Foreign Companies there should be PAN card Number if PAN card number is not quoted then TDS applicable is20%.
Please provide the details and format of applying PAN card for Foreign companies.
