Hello Everyone,

I am trying to find your answer of this query from a long time but could not find.can anyone help me ?

My question is-

How Can a CA who holds full-time COP start a private limited company which will provide accounting and registrations service. If you say it's not possible then there are 2 links where a practicing ca is doing same work which I want to do.

https://www.quickcompany.in/

https://www.hubco.in/

Can anyone help me whether I need to take permission of ICAI ?

Thanks in Advance!!!
