How are ITRs with Form 67 (foreign tax credit) processed? Are they process by CPC or by AO?

If any mismatch found, it is forwarded to ITO for manual verification.

They have their own sources like data exchange with different  countries., in case they require to verify the documents/challans/details you have submitted with ITR/ on query.
