I have a Group Housing Society Client. I want to record contribution detail for each members which is more than 300 from last 5 years, and i also want to maintain data in such way that i always know their total outstanding with their particular heads like maintenance charges, water charges, penalty, interest etc. But it is very difficult to maintain it in tally. Can anyone help me , how i maintain all this data............if you have any excel format or any other way to hadle it please provide me.
