Any Terrice given for rent then the income generated from it will be covered under house property or PGBP??

As per the definition of act u/s 22
The annual value of property consisting of any buildings or lands appurtenant thereto of which the assessee is the owner
It is matter of fact that building consist of terrice as well. So in my opinion it should be charged to income from house property.
