We are 3 bros. in service , now we are going to purchase a home(not vacant property) in Ghaziabad(delhi-Ncr), regarding that i have 4 queries:
(A) Can we all 3 bros. can take a loan together against asingle property, i think yes. One would be owner and other two would be coowners, am i right?
(B) If we all 3 can take loans against a single property, can we all 3 claim the deduction seprately from total income as interest on borrowed capital under the head income from house property?
(C) Which bank or financial institution is providing least interest rates?
(D) Shall i go for fixed rate or floating rate, however the tenure of repayment we are planning is 20 years?
Notes: We all 3 are professionally qualified hence there would not be any difficulty regarding papers formalities etc.
Also note that already an announcement have been taken place regarding reduction in home loans by the finance minister.
We are planning to take loan in between 25-30 lakhs.
