In some products like electronics and computer products MRP is written as very high but the product is sold at a bit lower price.
in case of sale of these type of product under GST regime which amount should appear in the Tax invoice ?
Under the GST, the valuation is based on the transaction value and the concept of MRP based valuation do not exist. However, MRP needs to be affixed to satisfy the conditions of LM Act and its Rules.
