MUTUAL CONSENT IS ONE OF CLAUSE OF CHARTERED REGULATION ACT 1988.

AND TRANSFER IS ALLOWED UNDER CLAUSE PERMISSIBLE UNDER CHARTERED REGULATION ACT 1988,WHICH IMPLIES TRANSFER IS ALLOWED ON CONSENT OF PRINCIPAL.

PLS LET ME KNOW IF I HAVE MISTAKEN.

Hi frnds...i think Nish*t has a point..i also feel  transfer s allowed by mutual consent after going through above link....Pls clarrify.

Well, He does have..... But mutual consent is nowhere there in the updated list..... These are the reasons as per the existing rules, mutual ocnsent since not mentioned is implied to be removed.......... • Industrial Training (Regulation 51) • Secondment of articles (Regulation 54) • Conversion from PCC to IPCC (for termination of articles only. Re-registration of articles to be allowed only after passing Group-I of IPCC) • Death of Principal [Regulation 57(1)(c)] • Ceasing of practice by the Principal [Regulation 57(1)(a)] • Removal of name of the Principal from the Register of Member due to any reason [Regulation 57(1)(b)]

but updated list contains transfer of article under grounds permissible under chartered regulation act,1988,which is in the updated list.

I had a talk with an individual at the institute at Cuffe Parade for a transfer within the same 50 KM radius as my current firm on the grounds that the firm i want to join has more potential to teach me and i have the consent of my current Employer.

I was told that its possible but the process is a bit tedious. You have to submit a letter stating your reason and the consent of your principal or the form 109, either will do but the reason is pretty important. The institute then sends the request to Delhi for approval and scrutiny. The whole process takes ATLEAST a month.

i think Mr. unknown knows it....coz what he told is absolutely correct...!
