Getting good stipend during training depends on various factors, like type of company, their policies,

your negotiation skills, performance etc. Try to convince and negotiate well and showcase your strenghts.

Regarding Exemption, if you have already worked in secretarial area in the past, only in such cases you can get exemption.

Also lot formalities to be complied with for getting complete exemption. So kindly check ICSI Website, Training Section.

As per ICSI either its complete exemption of 15 months or no exemption. There is also no partial exemption.
