As per me no you can apper in Nov 202 because ypu have to complete 3 years of articleship
but one can appear for ca final after completion of 2.5 years of training.
and my main confusion is that form should be submitted to icai within 30 days of commencemrnt of articleship or before 31 october whichever is earlier.
Form to be submitted within 30 days.
Date of commencement of articleship is date of sining the form & not the date of submission of form
