help required in online exam form

I have filled ca final exam form online and have the following queries:
1. I dint fill 'previous exams detail' coloumn and had taken out the printout w/o any error. would it cause me a prob since this is my second attempt n i dint give such details ?

2. Since my articleship has been completed last year and i do have the confirmation letter from our institute, can my form be signed by any ca (in practice) ?

3. Can i submit the prinout form by hand and not by registered/speed post ?

Plz help me out.
