Help regarding new gst registration

I wish to start selling on Flipkart, Amazon and I have a sole proprietorship business setup 2yrs back with valid Trade license. However due to this GST I am stuck, cause Flipkart/Amazon doesn't work with VAT anymore. So how do I proceed?

If you have vat number you can migrate to gst now if you don't have vat number in case your sales is less than 10 lacs than you need to wait till 1st July after that you can Register for gst Than you can start selling on online websites
