For costing and FM Institute.  The best book is Ravi.M.Kishore Taxmann publications..  it will contain a saperate book solved illustrations.  U have to buy both the books one for theory and another to practice problems....

If u can do hardwork and practice regularly means U solve problems in practice manuals issued by ICAI...  But dont See the solutions there may be mistakes... 

U just question yourself.. why? How? a particular point has been solved...  and visualize on it.... then automatically u will do better.........

For costing alone means U Can buy Collin Drury a foreign authors book....  in that u select IPCC topics and study and that book will also be useful to you for final level too...
