I am radhica,i have complteted my pcc n got registered for ignou-bcom(a&f) in july 2013. i got my attempt in june2014. As ca-final exams n bcom exams were clashing i didnot write bcom exams in june2014. will i be eligible to write my bcom exam in dec-2014..help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
