We are a 100% EOU registered company under software services and its 6 yrs old company in Bangalore. Now we are thinking to import one electronic item from overseas and ale it in India, whether is there any formalities to be followed up as its a domestic sale and can we manufacture the same item in India and sale her. Even we are registed with Excise dept. Pls suggest
