help needed

first of  all   1. yes  u can use the form 108 from icai.org site just download and take a print out

2. second  just maek a one more coloum to fit the 3.5  years expirance in that colume by drawing another colume

3. u can send it by speed post

Ans. 2: Put 03 years in years block and 06 months in months block.
