I am doing my articles I was facing gender inequality and improper treatment and I am in a position what to do whether to take termination or continue
I have completed my first year on 9th June of this month
If anyone is in my position or anyone undergone in relating to this please kindly help me out

Hi satish,
First my advise is to do not take issues like this personally, if you feel this issue is very much serious i have two suggestions for you
1. Take termination and join some where else
2. Write a complaint against your principal, with all facts properly. Institute will always be on students side when issues like this happen, no need to worry about your principal if you choose this alternative.
