HELP ME

I m a BIHAR GOVT. SERVANT & in present my employer has no any TAN no. because last year i joined a foreign service with a project.
kindly help me how the tax is deposited by me or my employer.

You can pay yourself your taxes by filing your return of income but if your taxable salary exceeds the limit it is the duty of your employer to deduct tax at source after calculating your taxable income.

if my employer deduct the tax how they credited for me without TAN No.

Limit is the basic slab rates. TDS on salary is deducted after considering al the deduction and exemption income and if it exceeds above the basic exemption limit ie slab rates for particular AY. If your employer is liable to deduct tax he has to apply for TAN no and quote your PAN no so that you get tax credit.
