EMPLOYER (WHEN NO ONE IN THE OFFICE) TO MY FRND :- IF YOU NOT GIVE ME SAME THEN I WILL N OT GIVE YOU THE EXAM LEAVE & ALL STUPIED THINGS & EXT..................
THIS IS ONLY ONE OF THE COMMUNICATION THERE ARE MANY WHICH HAS NO ENDS

The first one states that you heard this and the second one that no one was in the office.
So,did you actually hear the employer say this or you heard it from your friend that he said this?
But ,without any proper evidence you just cannot put up such serious accusations against anyone!

First collect evidence against employer and then complaint to ICAI after that ICAI will take care of it!!!!
