Frankly speaking there is nothing called important in Professional Exams...

However,

For Law :

Do complete Co. law starting 4 chapters and General meeting...

Bonus, Gratuity, Contract are must...

With Ethics and Communication thoroughly reading...

Cost is very unpredictable....

All chapters are important...

FM: Cap Budgeting, WC, Cash Flow, Leverage  must be in priority...

Note: Do complete RTP.....

Agree with Aryan.............

Also, Focus on theory of RTP & ICAI Practice Mannual.

Complete RTP in all subjects thoroughly. its very imp.

Hopefully it'll help

Costing exam prep

Nothing is optional or important..we should be thorough with every nook and corner of module
i agree ... but is practice manual enuf for reference during exams ??

@ Nikitha

Nothing can be predicted in CA exams...

However, Sometimes ICAI papers coverage 15-30 percentage are from RTPs and Practice manuals...

It always better to just to read out RTPs, Practice Manuals and Mock Test paper for better chances..

I dnt have enough time to study it so anyone can suggest some good tips for it ipcc
have the same problem

This attempt again proved nothing can be left, every chapter has equal importance and one should aim at completing 100% moderately rather than studying 80% perfectly

Accounts- 1st Q AS, 20 marks flat gone for those who thought they will leave it coz its going to come in Q7

Amalgamation and Internal reconstruction which were 100% to come for 20 marks..they were the biggest joke for this attempt

CAFM- Not a single practical Qs from marginal, process, contract.
