Help for Delay in Submission of form 112

Dear Friends

I have joined the cwa course in mar 2010 at that time i have not taken permission from isntitute for it because i m alreay pursuing Bcom that time subsequently when i graduated i also joined the cs course for which i have taken permission from institute...and the same has been granted by institute to me.....now i want to disclose about icwa to institute .......as my articleship is already completed......

what should i hv to do............wht are the consequence which i have to face due to it.....

and also consult me whether i hv to disclose this fact to institute or not......

please help friends i m in great dilemma.....................

No need to submit any for as 112 is required if u do additional course during CA articleship. As u have completed the same, u are not under any onligation to submit it.

Yeah but i have joined the same during the course of articleship and also cleared inter exam of it during my training period for which i hv nt taken permission at that time

Keep silent about it else, u can expect greater trouble from ICAI for it

iam in ca final nd doing company secratery executive as wel.

i took admission in cs on 31st may 2010 nd my articleship is complete wef 20th june 2010.

please guide me about form 112 coz i havent submited form 112 to the institute yet nd dont knw tht i shuld submit or not as it more than 1yr i hav joined cs. please help.
