Help for articleship information

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was initially registered as PE-II which i later on converted to IPCC/ATC. I have not passed any of the group of IPCC but I am a Accounts Graduate with 58% marks and i have also completed my 100 hours ITT training and Orientation Programme. So I want to know whether I am eligible for direct enrollment to Articleship or Practical training ? If yes kindly guide.
