help- enclosures form 108

There is no need to submit admit card with Form-108.

U have to submit only Form-108 copy at institute.

If u got prior permission of ICAI for transfer, thn attach it with form 108 and and a letter containing reason of transfer.

Other supporting documents to reason of tranfer like parents transfer order, madical certificate etc

Form-108 isTraining Completion form not a transfer form.

so there is no need to attached any documents with this form as per suggested by ketan joshi.

i also completed my articleship in nov,09 & also transfer case. i got my completion certificate from icai without submitting any docs with this form.
