Prepare a well drafted resume and post in naukri and other reputed websites. Keep tracking of big4 websites for vacancies. Upload your resume in the PwC site:

Prepare well of all accounting and audit standards. I hope you cleared both groups. Usually they recruit trainess before declaring result. So you may also try to call them up for vacancies. It works better if you have references of people working Big4. Make sure that you are ready to travel for audits and to work under high pressure and overnights at required times. Prepare for Group discussion or General test which may include reasoning, english test, qt etc. Hope this helps.
