One my friend is in kpmg in tax as he facing the situation. There is no scope of growth and opportunites in market after leaving the organisation. So he himself trying to shift. He was advising against joining in tax field, other than tax u can join. In merg&acq, audit,bank audit. So it would be better if u join for audit in dellottie.
