Haryana Form VAT C4 & Form VAT D1

VAT C-4 issued by saler to purchaser and form D-1 issued by purchaser to seller. Form D-1 means that those material purchased by purchaser only used for manfucaturing, packing, works contractor etc and form C-4 means sales has been deposited the sales tax against issued invoices.

One of my friend is working as an accountant and he is having some 50-60 customers and he has to issue Form VAT C4

 Generally it will on Quarterly basis

In Tally.ERP 9 Rel 1.61 you can generatate Form VAT C4 both Issuable and Receivable.

Recently Tally has given this feature

Please note that in case of form 'D' dealer has to charged the tax @ 4% only.

Could you please describe me about D1 & C form for the companies whos only job work based company ( A another company provide raw material & take back the finished product and paid Excise duty & Job work money P/MT) can issue D1 or c form.

or can these companies take Input vat of Purchases against by Product sale.

Is there form " B1 " in haryana sales tax. And what is the used of this form.

Dear Sir,

If we are purchasing electricals or repairing items from the party and in some items they are charging vat-4% and in some 5% or 12.5% so we have to issue vat d-1 for all the vat tax charge or only for vat-4%.
