I have sold my flat to a seller. Now a seller taking loan against the said property from bank and bank is asking to hand over my old agreement to them. Is it ok to hand my original old agrrement to bank? Is it legally ok? what precaution should I take in this regard?

The originals are provided only at the time of registration of the sale deed, and after receipt of full payment. Only copies are provided to bank for verification. In such cases, after sanction of loan amount and clearance of margin money, bank may directly deal with you.
