No restriction,but your articleship period will be extended . calculated from the day you tuk termination till you join ur new firm

@ Raghu Vivek : i dont understand abt. extention .....u mean to say trhe balance period i have to serve naa?

Suppose ur articles period was originally scheduled to get over on,say,31.12.2012.Now if u have terminated your articles with your existin firm on 01.04.2012 nd u will be rejoinin in uttarkhand at a new firm on,say,15.04.2012,then ur articleship will b extended by 15 days.so it wil get over on 15.01.2013 instead of 31.12.2012.

I was in this situation when i tuk a transfer and it got extended by 12 days.though i was PE-2 based,i  think this basic rule still remains the same.
